Forgive not forget.
Where does it say anyone burns in Hell forever?
Which word are you thinking is "Hell"?
Bless up.

God does forgive you for anything. He doesn't want anyone to go to hell. We all sin, God knows that, but you have to be sorry for that sin and turn away from sin. If all sinners were going to hell, there would be no one in Heaven.

The Bible does tell us in numerous places to forgive one another (Matthew 6:14; Ephesians 4:32), forgiveness is a two way street. If I wrong you in some way and you forgive me for it, I'd need to accept that forgiveness for our relationship to return to the state it was in before the wrong. If I don't ever accept your forgiveness than I will always live in a way that reflects that and our relationship can never become whole.
It is similar with God. God has offered forgiveness for our wrongs, but we have to make the choice to accept that forgiveness and return our relationship to the state it was in before the wrong, but it only works if we accept that forgiveness and turn away from the path of wrongdoing or 'repent'.
Repent has commonly come to mean "to feel remorse over one's wrongdoing," but this is not really what it meant when we got the good old King James printed up for the first time. Repent used to carry with it a connotation of remorse paired with a turning action. In other words, to repent meant something like: to show remorse over one's wrongdoing and to turn away from the path of wrongdoing.
This is the whole reason Jesus came, to tell people about a way of life that is much different and better than the one they've been living. He asks us to turn away from the path of wrongdoing and follow his example of how to live this new way of life.
When we make the choice to accept God's forgiveness he forgives us and treats us as if we never wronged him. The Bible says that God does not remember our wrongs (Hebrews 8:12). I think this means that although God knows what we did, he chooses not to dwell on it and treats us as if the wrong had not occurred.

God doesn't want to send anyone to hell. He wants everyone to be saved and live forever in his kingdom. But he knows many will not accept his offer of eternal life with him. they choose to instead follow the god of this world(satan). and satan's ways that are so far from God that he gives them up to their sinful ways, and lets them continue on their path of following satan.
if you are a child of God and follow his ways, and ask him to forgive you he does. even though you have sinned he forgives you and sees your sins no more.

If you believe you have sinned then you believe Jesus died for your sins. God does not send people to Hell. People make their own choises to get there. And not for sinning...just for rejecting Jesus. Knowing you are a sinner is just the beginning. Im a sinner but I know I'm going to Heaven. And I hope to see you there. God Bless.

When you sin, and ask for forgiveness, and truly repent and stop the sin, then God is slow to anger, and quick to forgive-and He remembers that sin no longer-until you sin again. If you continue to sin the same sin, then you have not truly repented at all.

The Bible does not teach to "forgive and forget". It says that God can forget it, not that we can. Also, God does not "burn" people forever. Thanks for asking.

The first false assumption is that love allows the object of that love to do whatever he or she wants.
However, this permissive kind of "love" isn't really love at all. Any of you who are parents will recognize that allowing your children to do whatever they want to do is not loving at all. If you were to do this, your children would grow up to be spoiled selfish brats, incapable of loving other people. Permissive gods, who are caught up in their own intrigues, and so allow humans to do whatever they want without repercussions, are found in the pagan religions. However, the God of the Bible wants us to love Him and other people above everything else we do.
The Creator God of the universe is obviously a God of order. The laws that govern the physical universe are so precise that we can calculate the positions of planets, stars, and galaxies thousands to millions of years into the future. Would a God of this kind of precision design moral laws that are random or changing?
It doesn't seem likely or consistent with the character of the Creator that we know from the reality of the creation. Therefore, it seems likely that unchanging moral laws are consistent with the God of creation. The Bible says that the moral laws are consistent with the character of God. Therefore, the main purpose of the moral laws are to teach us what God requires for us to enter into His kingdom. The moral laws also allow us to live with each other on earth without hurting each other. In fact, if we all perfectly fulfilled the moral laws of God, we would be in perfect harmony with each other. Our failure to fulfill God's moral laws leads us to seek Him as the source of our salvation.
So why doesn't God make everyone into perfect beings and allow them all into heaven? It would actually be more cruel if God were to do this, since many people prefer hell to the alternative (complete submission to God). All the people who end up going to hell will have done so because they actually prefer hell to being forced into the presence of God for all eternity. People like to live in their favorite sins and answer to no one else. They know that if they accept Jesus as Lord and Savior that God will want them to change their lives and they might have to give up some of their autonomy.

It is only cosmic treason that you will not repent of that sends you to hell. Seriously. So, I say, repent. Most will not, they have this pride thing going on.

"you burn in hell forever if you don't believe in Jesus...which is a sin in itself. lol"
