Why do you tube uploaders want subscribers so badly?

they want suscribers because firslty, just to know that they are good and secondly, lots of suscribers mean that you are more visible and could be appraoched by a company wanting your skills.

i think it has become like a trade mark now a days.... evry video has "plz rate, comment and SUBSCRIBE" at the end. if many people are subscribing to an account, then it obvously means that they have sumting intersting on there, or they make good vids or pictures etc companies arent gonna approach you, just cuz u have many subscribers...not if u got them by begging for them at tha end of every video of urs. thats wat many people do, it just makes their account look good is all...even though their vids arent that good.
