Walk-in Salon Christmas Tip?

Unless you have a professional or personal relationship with all these stylists, I would only tip the person who worked on my hair that day.

Since you don't have a regular stylist, just tip the people that are doing your hair when you go in next time, like the shampoo girl and the hairstylist. Even when I had a regular hairstylist, I didn't give them an xmas tip. I just always tipped them on the day they were working on my hair.

If you're on a name basis with all of them, divide it evenly, but if you're not close with the staff, then a tip to the specific stylist, or to the staff as whole might be more suitable.
