poll: have you ever seen a real OWL?

Yes lots of times,usually at wildlife centres,but a couple of times in the wild too :-)

They are huge and kind of scary looking. I had a litter of kittens and a local owl actually carried them all off as food.

They are capable of carrying off small domestic animals, rabbits, mice, chicken...many more things too.

Other than that Owls keep to themselves and are actually kind of Beautiful.

In my tribe though it's said if you hear an owl hoot three times during the Day someone close to you will pass.

Grandma had that experince and some weeks later her brother passed on from his battle with cancer.

Yes someone was exhibiting one at Southend, it was fascinating to see the beautiful owl but the poor thing must have felt terrified with lots of people standing around it taking photos etc, it was tied to the base by its feet to stop it from flying away.

Yes I have seen a snow owl and some other owls i don't know what type they were but they were big

Ya seen lots, big guns lil guns new guns old guns and some are sad and some are glad and some are very very bad, Haha ya iv shot guns n cleaned guns don't own any though Sry if I ruined dr Seuss with that lil bit there but that jus made me think of one fish two fish (:

And i collect owl things, because im somewhat of a night owl.

Yes...we have one around my house that we see only every once in a while...we have lots of hawks here though that we see all the time.

Yes, when I visited the zoo. Some are really big.
