Honestly I love my Yahoo Small Business account. My total with tax is $13.94 but that's because I was in under the monthly plan. The new plan is billed every 3 months. The service is great. I use the site builder software and it's very easy to create and post changes. I would encourage you to consider it. I tried 1&1 service and it was awful. I have heard about Go Daddy but no experience to share. If you have a legitimate business, you can write off the hosting fees.
