Do deep feelings for someone really enables kind of telepathy with him or such experiences are coincidences?

Yes, telepathy exists strongly between two loving individuals.

I don't think it's telepathy. I think it's that you just know this person so well that you're able to know how he or she reacts to certain things or what they may be thinking based on previous thoughts about similar subjects.
