looking for a music artist site. any help?

well my ipod somehow got completely wiped so i have to start over fresh again. which is probably good because it was jumbled anyway.

well i dont remember everything i had on there previously and i want to find some stuff...anything.

well what im TRYING to do is find a website that just lists music artists names by their genres. anyone know of a good, hassle free website i could look?

also, if you'd like to..I'd love to hear what your favorite artist/song is. maybe that could help me in building my ipod back up.
