I am an Estheician for a Cosmetic Surgeon, and I would love to help you.

If you're looking to go "natural", one of the best things to do is make sure you're drinking enough water. How much is enough? Take your body weight, divide it by two and the result is how many ounces of H20 your body needs to properly function. If you can remove coffee and soda from your diet, this will only benefit your skin as well. I stopped drinking soda about 8 years ago, and I could tell the difference in my skin RIGHT AWAY!

Another great thing to add, is Omega 3/Fish Oil pills. Not only will it help clear up acne, but it will give your skin a visibly natural glow!

Avoid any foods that can cause inflammation- including breads, starches, sugar, fried foods, dairy, ect. Foods that are beneficial to your skin are almonds, berries, apples, fish, green bell peppers, melons, olive oil, pomegranate, spinach, turkey, salmon, celery, ect.

Also, environmental causes might be a problem. Make sure the hair products you use are not touching your face as you apply them, these will only clog your pores.

Don't touch your face!!!!!!!!!!! Bacteria is spread most easily this way. Wash your hands constantly to even risk bacterial spreading.

Don't sleep on your hair. Your hair produces natural oils that may not be good to sleep on for 8 hours a night. Put your hair in a pony tail and bobby pin it back, so it's out of your face for the night.

Wash your sheets/pillowcases 1-2 times a week. Sleeping on a dirty pillowcase will only risk the spreading of bacteria also.

I have many more remedies, but I hope this helps.
