    A forum moderator is someone who tends to delete off topic posts, remove old topics, ban rule-breaking users, and other such forum-quality boosting acts. A forum administrator is generally the next step up, and has more overall power, but they basically do the same thing. Just in a broader area.

    Thay can banned people from the group thay are moderator, approve posts and also reset people as the way thay can get emails from the group.
