Is this a good team for Pokemon Pearl?

I'm still training a couple pokemon since I just captured them. Anyways, please rate on a scale of 1 to 10 and give any suggestions. Thanks!

Flame Wheel,  Flamethrower, Mach Punch, Close Combat

Golduck Lv. 53
Rock Smash, Waterfall, Rock Climb, Surf

Staraptor Lv. 54
Aerial Ace, Defog, Fly, Brave Bird

Dragonair Lv. 33 (still training)
Slam, Aqua Tail, Twister, Dragon Rage

Kirlia Lv. 22 (still training)
Magical Leaf, Confusion, Double Team, Teleport

and either 
Dusclops Lv. 54
Strength, Shadow Punch, Mean Look, Payback
or
Giratina Lv. 70
Strength, Thunder, Shadow Force, Earth Power

Oh yea, I also beat the Elite Four and finished the pokedex, so this is mainly just for fun, not really competitive. Thanks again!

Infernape is ok. change golduck into lucario. trust me on lucario he is awesome.  staraptor is ok but i would suggest crobat. Definitely keep your dragonair. kirlia is ok but i would suggest getting bronzong because he is one thiose guys that are hard to beat. I don't really care for ghost types,  so instead i would go with vaporeon. you can get an eevee from that girl who manages the pokemon storage system. if you all ready didand evolve it into something else than get a ditto and your eevee evolution to the pokemon daycare.based on what you got i'll give you a 6 out of 10.

I think it's a good team.I think you need a Dawn stone to evolve your Kirlia. You might want to catch  a Dialga, if you haven't already done that.
