I'm just so tired, I sleep all the time. What is wrong?

I sleep at night and wake up in the morning lately and then I get really sleepy again and fall back asleep for most of the day. It's the holidays and I'm unemployed. But I need to start feeling more lively so I can get my resume together. What is wrong with me?

Here are a few things I think it might be.

I normally take Adderall for ADD and sometimes I skip days- those are the days I'm usually zonked.

I don't remember my dreams at night or when I take my Adderall although I dream vividly during the day.

Maybe I have sleep apnea. I'm not overweight though.

My diet.

My thyroid.

My depression.

What could it be?

Drink water...lots of it. I was just like you..tired all the time. I drink 3 liters of water a day and I never felt better. Additionally, my skin and hair look outstanding! Try it!

It could be a number of things. I once had an iron deficiency and for some reason that gave me major fatigue. Also, have had depression and that could be it too. Either way see what the Doc thinks and they can give you the appropriate medication to get you back on track. In just a few months you can get off the medication and your checmical balance will be well again.

Most likely it could be your depression, since you have nothing to do, so then you become bored. of doing everyday things you would think was normal. anyway i'm pretty sure you don't have sleep apnea, this sonds like depression to me
