Since you have a AGPx8 no you can't use that card. I really recommend just getting a new computer, all of your components are last generation.
Here's a list of cards you can use

It looks to me that your using a Gigabyte branded Motherboard. What type of video card does your GA-K8NSC-939 motherboard support? Do you have the Manuel that came with it, refer to it. Mine is G31MX-S2 motherboard, but mine has a Built In VGA Port, if yours has a Built In VGA, then you don't need a Video Card. Unless if your doing Gaming, then Yes. And your Motherboard has 1 x AGP slot and 5 x PCI slots...Make sure you buy a Video Card that fits into an AGP Slot or PCI Slot.

For you, the ATI FireGL or NVidia Quadro would probably be better but they are hard to find. A good high end gaming card would also be good for what your looking for. ATIs new 4800 series are good, and the X2s are good for your 2 card situation, as are the 3800s. The NVidia 8800GT and the GTS 512 are also good if you are looking for an NVidia Card, as are the 9800s or the new 200 series.

No your board only supports pci and agp cards and those + all new cards are pci-e or pci-e 2.0 so you will have to upgrade your mb or get an older pci or agp card.
sorry

seeing as it has a slot for it, it will work, but i STRONGLY suggest a new motherboard man, that thing is ancient, up to you though
