It is my wish to be cremated and my ashes sprinkled in the Chipola River.

Cremated and then they can flush me down the toilet or whatever they want to do. What is the point of being buried somewhere, even when just ashes? The person isn't there. What is the point of having a headstone and visiting someone who isn't there?

I would rather be cremated. Burying people takes up so much space, wastes so much that doesn't need to be. I'd like to be dumped somewhere that has significance to the people I leave behind.

    cremated please.

Well i am claustrophobic first of all (dumb i know, considering i will be dead...but ya know.) And, i never want to make my family feel like they have to come visit mom or grandma on sunday afternoon and bring me flowers. I mean i don't need them and there is no need to relive the day of my burial over and over again. Not to mention the cost of a headstone is crazy...lol. I never want my family to feel like they have to stay where i am buried. I just want to be cremated and scattered in the mountains. That way my family can just think of me whenever they see a beautiful mountain.

*I* don't want to be buried or cremated. However, after I die, I'd like the corpse to be fed to the fishes, or to the lions at the Bronx Zoo, or left to rot on a Body Farm where people study forensics, or some such thing.

I'd want to have whatever organs and tissues that are useful, to be donated, then I want my body to be cremated. Less space will be taken up by a body that is no longer usable.

I would prefer to be cremated. There are two reasons why: first, I prefer not to have my dead body occupy valuable space in the earth; second, it's a lot less expensive.

Cremated, the fire purifies the substance of the body.

I want to be cremated for:

I mean, come on, having your ashes sent into the sky and exploding gloriously sounds awesome to me

I'm donating my organs, getting turned into dust, and then I want my ashes poured in the ocean. I love the ocean. That's what my sister had done, and I want to do the same.
