Asking all the women in the U.S.?

Generalize much? I always hold the door for anyone male or female who is behind me and I haven't noticed white women not saying thank you any more than any other person.

I ALWAYS say thank you. Now I'm not fully while (though I look it). I think its just common courtesy. I also expect someone to say thank you when I open or hold the door for them as well.

I have to admit that I've held the door for both men and women and sometimes I didn't get a thank you either--like some others say, just say "You're Welcome" real loud and they'll ALWAYS look back at you and either give a rushed "thank you" or simply look mortified.

well i'm white and i say thank you!

why is it when a women holds a door for a man she get's weird looks? and no kind words like thank you! (silly of me to say this but i have held meny doors open.. and grant you most people say thank you but some don't..

if there is a women who isn't saying thank you then just say

your welcome really loud it will embarrasse her.. I did this once. the guy said i did say thank you.. i turned to him and said and i said your welcome sorry it was a little loud! LOL

but mainly i have noticed the laws of attraction come to play with this! you just pointed out that white us women dn't say thank you!

I never noticed that before. I open the door for anyone who is in back of me entering the same store and I smile to them and they usually say thank you. And white women sometimes smile back to me. And the men too, or the men say "thank you ma'am" Which I think is polite.

Probably not all white females do that. My white friend says hi.

um, maybe it's because they don't apreciate what you do for them

many non-white races grows under society that taught them ethical and stuffs. they concern about ethics, even up to small things, since these small things that's actually most frequently involved in life. but it's not like all whites aren't taught the same thing.

i knew many asians or black who also passes by without thanks, and

i don't know if you're referring to whites who are like Paris Hilton, but many of the white females actually say thanks.

I ALWAYS thank men for opening doors for me, thank you!

i never do. men who always open the door for me always end up in bed with me.

HMM, I do , I think it is rude not to. Maybe next time someone does this just say "your welcome" it may remind them to have some manners.
