American System of Checks & Balances HELP?

Basically the way the checks and balances system works in the US is that each branch gets certain powers to balance each other. For instance the Legislative makes all laws, but the Executive can veto a law and the Judicial determines if any law abides by the constitution. There are many more laws, but there are too many to list.

The problem is that our Republic is controlled by the Corporate US Government and has no representation. The Corporate US Government and its sub-corporations are all listed on Dun and Bradstreet as corporations. Bush is the president of the Corporate US Government There are no American checks & balances that can control the Corporate US Government until the American people wake up and become educated. The two party system along with Congress, Senate and US politicians are all complicit in condoning the Corporate US Government.

An example, the Corporate US Department of Justice administrates ADMIRALTY LAW (commerce). The Corporate department of Justice does not administer CONSTITUTIONAL LAW. The federal court judge is not concerned if one is innocent. What the judge is interested is how he/she can tip the scales of justice so that the prosecution can win the case (96% of the time they win). The reason for this, when a criminal or corporate judgment is granted a financial instrument is issued by the Corporate US Government Treasury for the benefit of the court jurisdiction that obtained the judgment. This financial instrument is TRADED on the stock market with pay order to the court jurisdiction. The Corporate US Government is all about MONEY. The help we all need is for the American people to be come educated as to the truth and take back our REPUBLIC so that there are legal checks and balances governing not only our lives but our freedom.
