My McAfee security center is telling me I need to reinstall it. How do I do it?

I have been using McAfee security center for my computer for the last few years with no problems. Now it is telling me that in order to fix it, I need to uninstall and reinstall the program. I don't think I received a CD to install it initally. How do I go about reinstalling McAfee?

You must go to the mcafee website.

Go to "home users" (not business users etc)

The look for the "my account" option.

You will need to sign in.

Once you are signed in you will see a download link that will automatically complete the installation for you.

    The login details will be

    Username: your email

    Password: whatever you chose.

  • allright if you're using win xp go to control panel add/remove programes the go and find mcafee and it should have two things saying remove/change click on change. if you couldn't fix it contact me on this mail mohammad05reza@yahoo.com so i can give you a copy of my installation cd. it is not a pirate i used magic iso to make it into a iso.
