I just purchased a new PC with Windows 7, When I went to set up my e=mail account, it said that I need to change my settings. How do I do that?

One day it was working fine, the next day I had a problem. I am able to log on to Word. I am able to set the font and the size. However, when I am typing capital letters, the tops of those letters are cut off. It seems that the tops of any letter that rises above the size of lower case letters is cut off. I need help! Someone out there must know the answer to this.

I've had the screen freeze once or twice and I know how to fix that, by holding down the power button and the round bottom butten at the same time until the apple appears. At first I thought it just was out of battery power, but when I plugged it in, it doesn't even want to charge up. Can anyone out there diagnose my problem?

I use Earthlink (Earthlink.net is my address) and I use Outlook Express for my incoming and outgoing e-mail. Everything was fine this morning, but this evening an "error" message popped up telling me to sign in with my password, but I DON'T KNOW MY PASSWORD! I tried going into "tools" to set up the account, and I really don't know what I am doing. How do I fix this?

I have quite a few playlists, and individually, I can bring up all of the songs on a playlist. But I would like to know how I can bring up a list of ALL the songs I have in my library.

The fur of my 2-year-old cat is terribly matted along her back and sides. Does anyone know of any way, short of shaving the fur off, to un-mat it?

I own a 2001 Toyota Celica, with a brand new battery. Recently, the remote control is not opening the trunk, although it still does open the driver's side door. What could be the cause of this? Would it be the remote control itself, or something to do with the car?

I am trying to move my computer to the other side of the room, but the cable is not long enough. What is the name of the cable which connects the computer to the network (I think.) It looks like a telephone cable with clips on both ends, but it's thicker and bigger.

I have been using McAfee security center for my computer for the last few years with no problems. Now it is telling me that in order to fix it, I need to uninstall and reinstall the program. I don't think I received a CD to install it initally. How do I go about reinstalling McAfee?

It seems as though the computer screen has shifter a bit to the right where I can no longer see the red "delete" box at the top, nor the side bar to scroll down. It has also expanded to the left, so I cannot see the "back page" arrow. Does anyone out there know how to fix this?

I am looking for an application which I can use, so that I will be able to tell if the intended recipient of an E-mail actually received it. Like "return receipt requested" in snail-mail.

I need to print out a short manual for the operation of a new electronic gadget. It totaled 5 pages, but the size of the text was way too small for me to read. Is there a way I can print it out in a larger font size?

I am looking for an exotic (read: not a touristy place) travel destination no more than a 4 hour plane ride from Florida. I've been to Mexico (too touristy) and Costa Rica already. Islands would be fine. Does anyone have any ideas for me?

I have it set to open automatically, but it fails to do that even though I know the password is correct. When I try to access it manually, sometimes it works, but more times than not that doesn't work either? What am I doing wrong? Help!

I had a very old copy of Microsoft Office, which did not have PowerPoint (or did it?). I downloaded Office-2007 which went fine. At this point, I only want to VIEW a PowerPoint, not make one. Where do I click to be able to READ a PowerPoint?? Is it right under my nose and I don't see it? Thanks in advance for your help.

My emoticons used to function properly; i.e. they move when added to an I.M. chat. Suddenly and for no apparent reason, they have stopped moving. They are frozen. I am able to click on the emoticon and add it to the message, but it doesn't move. However, the recipient of the emoticon DOES see it move. I have already tried deleting yahoo messenger service and up-loading it more than 3 times and that doesn't work. So, my question is: HOW CAN I GET MY EMOTICONS TO MOVE??
