I just downloaded Microsoft Office-2007. The download went fine, how do I access PowerPoint viewer?

If you have the full version of Office, you should be able to right click on your powerpoint file and select Open With and select Powerpoint from the list.

You can also download the Powerpoint Viewer 2007 directly from Microsoft. It is free.

You should be able to simply click the file of the powerpoint you want to view. :)

If not, right-click, select Open With, and find powerpoint viewer, which would probably be in a Microsoft Office folder. If not, search for the file, copy the address where it is, and paste it into the Open With window. =)

You can put songs on the Microsoft Office PowerPoint 2003 version. I've done it before.

it is something new for you but it is very easy to use Powerpoint , it is not like Microsoft Excel or Word that are used for typing purpose and you can't open a Word or Excel document by using Powerpoint , it has it own style or Form ....for your information :

1. Powerpoint is use for presentation and to making slide show...

2. You can simply create slideshows and apply attracting animation in your slide...

3. After finish create your slide shows , simply press F5 to VIEW and Esc to go back to normal mode ...

4. For more detail information , simply go to microsoft site or watch their demos video clips that will teach you on how to use it and it basic function....

install the microsoft office first. then restart your computer.

after the restart. just double click on the file, if its a power pont ext.

go there, its free forever, its called Microsoft PowerPoint viewer, you cannot create here but can view them, its a real fast download by the way.

what ever power point document you want to view...just open it. if you have a power point viewer on your computer, then it should open right up. it will detect what program is needed to open the document.
