While chatting in I.M., why are my emoticons "frozen?"?
My emoticons used to function properly; i.e. they move when added to an I.M. chat. Suddenly and for no apparent reason, they have stopped moving. They are frozen. I am able to click on the emoticon and add it to the message, but it doesn't move. However, the recipient of the emoticon DOES see it move. I have already tried deleting yahoo messenger service and up-loading it more than 3 times and that doesn't work. So, my question is: HOW CAN I GET MY EMOTICONS TO MOVE??

Yahoo! Messenger uses IE to show animations. You probably turned off animations in IE, which also turns them off in Yahoo! Messenger. To fix this:
1. Open Internet Explorer
2. Click "Internet Options" in the Tools menu
3. Click the "Advanced" tab
4. Scroll down about halfway to the Multimedia section
5. Find the checkbox called "Play animations in web pages"
6. Check it on
7. Click OK
