Your question is not quit clear!
IF you mean you were together or meant to be together and he is getting married to someone else, then he properly loves the other woman, just give it up! no harm is done.

If he had feelings for you at one point, then it's totally normal for him to be uncomfortable telling you he's marrying someone else. That's not a game of any kind. It's kind of cowardly, but you have to let it go.
