What is the healthiest way to breath during running? ?

Generally, any way you get air in is healthy.
But you want to train your body to establish a rhythmic breathing pattern. I inhale for two steps and exhale for two steps. Every time my left food hits the ground, I change the breathing.
Left food: In
Right foot: in
Left foot: Out
Right foot: Out
And so forth. Don't worry about the nose/mouth pattern. Just practice breathing anyway you can. I breathe only with my mouth and I run marathons, so I'm not missing out.
