Rabbit has tiny bumps on stomach!?
My male rabbit is about six months old and has grown tiny bumps all over his stomach! At first he only grew one or two bumps, but now he has four or five bumps! He doesn't seem to be in pain or anything, and is still very active outside of his cage, but he has been acting very timid and inactive inside his cage, shying away when I try to get him out of the cage. He uses Pine/Cedar shavings, and I've heard that those can be bad for rabbits, so maybe that has something to do with the bumps? Also, he doesn't get fed any hay, Does that have something to do with the bumps, because if it does I'll starting feeding him hay. He is a Polish Rabbit. I have also read that little bumps can lead to cancer. Is that possible? He is still eating his food and water, and hasn't been acting differently, except for being more timid and inactive when in his cage. Another thing is that about a week ago he stopped eating his treats [carrot drops] when I hand fed them to him [he would eat them later if they were in his cage], but is acting normal again now. Please help!
The bumps are red and hard, but not swollen.

please check if the bumps are red and swollen as this is probably from the shaving on the floor. i would change it to hay on the floor if it is.
if you think its cancer then check if the lumps are hard bumps.
if they are take it to the vets immdiatly and ask them.
if these dont help then take him to the vets.
i would take him to the vets anyway as it is better safe then sorry
hope hes okay

Is it possible your male rabbit is actually a female rabbit? Female rabbits develop these when they reach that age as it is their nipples so I would get your rabbit checked to by the vet to 1 see if it is actually female and if not then to find out what the lumps are.
Also as for hay they need hay to keep their teeth short as they eat it. It is possible your rabbit was getting bored of the treats try something different like fresh apple/carrots/cuecumber limit the amount of lettuce and cabbage you give as it can cause diarrhoea in a rabbit which leads to health problems as it is regarded as a poisonous if eaten in huge amounts.

Rabbits have to have hay..and water..hay is an essential part of the diet to keep the digestive track running smoothly..i say phone ur local vet and get the bunny in asap, this could be a numerous amount of things..i would def call the vet, offer hay..bed with it ( i reccomend this with any rabbit owner )
