Why is the God of Intelligent Design considered greater than the God of Evolution?
It seems to me that the God of Evolution stands for perfection - God created Everything and set up Evolution as a means by which man came into being. It is in itself perfect he has not needed to interfere in the process, and indeed man continues to progress becoming (we would suppose) more like God.
Intelligent Design supposes and imperfect God that must continually correct the process, personally making changes to is creation. His ultimate creation, Man, becomes static and unable to progress further on his own.
Where is the error here? Is not the God of Evolution by definition greater than the God of Intelligent Design?
To clarify, my question presumes a God as a Creator. One version of this Creator is that he understood from the instant of Creation how it would all fall out - how the universe would proceed and evolve toward a certain endpoint.
The second version is the Creator needed (or desired) to tinker with his Creation to get the results he wanted.

Because if we men cross him, The God of Intelligent Design can inflame our prostates and we will no longer pee.

Einstein was a deist at best. So, why debate? The people who shrug their shoulders and say, “What difference does it make if God exists or not?” are simply showing that they haven’t thought very deeply about it. If there is no God, then there is no Supreme Being to which we must give an account—no Judgment Day, no Heaven or Hell. If this is just a great cosmic accident, then there is no such thing as morality (there is no right or wrong, no good or evil). It would be no more wrong for the innocent to suffer than for the sun to burn or the ice to melt. We should just live by the saying, “Eat, drink, and be merry, for tomorrow we die.” Because when you die there is nothing and nothing mattered. As the contention of Dostoevsky’s character Ivan (paraphrased), that if there is no God, everything is permitted. But if there is a God—well, that’s a different story. Are we an accident or the image of God? Are we without purpose or have an eternal goal? Do we live like an animal or like a child of God? In the end, is it dust or eternity? Could it be as the renowned atheist, Dr. Richard Dawkins, has said that life has no higher purpose than to perpetuate the survival of DNA. The universe has “no design, no purpose, no evil and no good, nothing but blind pitiless indifference” (God’s Utility Function). Is that true, or could it be something else? To tell you the truth, I don't know why people talk about anything else?

Both are just theories
some people are just believing too much in their religion, so they wont understand your question.
Life is not an intelligent design. Life is more than just words and meanings, that is only how we communicate, but life is so much more than just a design.
it could be described as one. But its not one, you know?
Life can evolve through climate and emotion, which can change and structure the inside and out. But that is life, not something totally physical. Like if we were all one physically then why is everything that was extinct.. still extinct? Why arent the species coming back? even after millions of years, or however many years it is.
They are theories, only to get an idea of what life might be.
but none of them make no sense.
They are both neither great.

You got your *** behind the cart. Evolution is far from perfect. Natural selection by definition is causing imperfections and eliminating them trying to find a imperceptible balance.
Also, you have the wrong definition of intelligent design. ANY God that started ANY device for the universe to follow is what ID says. Creationism would be the dragon your trying to slay.

Personal opinion and belief. There is NO God of Evolution! There is a possibility in theory that creationism and evolution could have co-existed. But no other God, because there is only one God to all Christians and those that believe in creationism or intelligent design.
GOD BLESS! AMEN! SHALOM

Even though I am a Deist/Pantheist, I think it is best to leave ANY gods or godesses out of the equation. Let's just look at Evolution as a scientific theory based on facts. I can even admit that my version of God is based on Faith. I can admit I have no proof of any gods or goddesses.
There is no end to Evolution, we are still evolving.

Probably because a God of Evolution just created the matter, a God of Creation would have to create everything in it's complex form.

If you review the three models of ID put forth by Rev.s Moon and Robertson and their buddies at the Discovery Institute one model is all but indistinguishable from the biological standard model.

Evolution is not a religion and it does not have a god. While you can believe whatever you wish, the evidence (and we have tons of it) does not show anything that could be considered "supernatural" or anything other than natural processes.
ID clearly has a god, but it also lacks any sort of evidence.
