Next to celebrating the birth of Jesus Christ, Thanksgiving is my favorite day to reflect on my blessings on what God willed His Grace on ME and those I LOVE. Of course, everyday being a Christian I celebrate giving THANKS to MY LORD AND SAVIOR.

Could this be that it was God who designed free will in our dna? Is this the prove that only God could have been the creator of the well designed and yet complicated of our human form?

Hellbound Train

A Texas cowboy lay down on a barroom floor,

Having drunk so much he could drink no more;

So he fell asleep with a troubled brain

To dream that he rode on a hell-bound train.

The engine with murderous blood was damp

And was brilliantly lit with a brimstone lamp;

An imp, for fuel, was shoveling bones,

While the furnace rang with a thousand groans.

offense description poss cs pg 1<1g location of offense blah blaa street. detailed description of offense: notified of provisions of texas crime victim act: while i was traveling WB at the listed location SV backed out of a private parking lot across four lanes of traffic. several vehicle swerved to to avoid striking SV. i stopped SV at street name and street name. i identified AP as te driver and could smell intoxicants coming from SV.AP admitted he had been drinking and i asked him to step out of SV. He kept putting in his hands in his pockets and grabbing at his waist. AP turned away from me and i immediately got out of my vehicle where i was checking AP for warrants. i seearched AP for my safety and did not find any contraband. after determining that AP was intoxicated i handcuffed AP and read him miranda rights. isearched AP and placed him in my car. AP was transported to magistrate . as AP lifted his pant legs two baggies of cocaine fell out of his pants . is this report detailed enought? weather: cool and wet. what about traffic? no mention. breatherlizer test was .06 . under legal limit .08. i only backed out to center turn lane . police did not question my passenger who was intoxicated . im sure i passed field sobriety test.but was arrested and my vehicle ignition keys were left with intoxicated friend.what if friend would have driven away and caused fatal accident? police stopped on wb lane without lights on . not until i left center lane did he follow and turn lights on. can i have evidense suppressed .stop not legit. then seach not legit.

my son has court appointed attorney. attorney has not visited my son in jail. if judge is ready and defense is ready but prosecutor is not ready. why would defense allow prosecutor to gather more evidence.offense is dui and poss of control substance personal amount and breatherlizer test is .06 under legal limit.why not dismiss? court date was 8/ 24 09. new court has not been set.

police were called to report assault,offense decription, assault bi / family or hseho, police advised (c) to go to substation and take photos. she did not.she also called parole officer and told him (sp) raped her.she did not report that part to police because she lied to parole officer. police report does not mention (sp) name. will (sp) be indicted and parole revoked? my son was pulled over by police. was rainy night about 11.pm .parking lot was very full only way out was to reverse into street center lane. police was traveling in direction my son wanted to go. street has two lanes going east two lanes going west and center lane what law did my son break?
