Better get a good lawyer Public Pretenders don't do a thing for you start a alcohol and drug program BEFORE it is court ordered it will help you out a lot .A.A. and get the card signed if you want a break from the judge. That can turn into a felony cuz you brought it in the facility.. they are never going to buy that's not mine.

Follow your attorney's advice. "Court appointed" does not mean bad or incompetent. Most public defenders are excellent and experienced criminal defense attorneys.

There is no such charge as DWI anymore it`s DUI and as long as it was near you they can charge you, Good luck~!
