How to reprogram PASS-KEY II for 1998 Buick LaSabre?

Motor won't turn/won't start

    Nothing to reprogram. The key has a set value. Probably a broken wire in the VATS system.

    stand out side of the door and hold the lock & unlock button down at the same time for like 30 sec and it should lock and unlock then your done
