Ring them from a private number or pay phone that way you can deny it was you, giving them a taste of their own medicine will put things to a stop.

Or just sit on the phone and make them stay there for 1 minute...Then when that minute is done...Say " Thank You" You lasted a minute and that is how long the cops wanted me to stay on the phone because they are scanning the call!! Thanks AGAIN!!
