real or fake? Ive had them for a while now, and i payed about $99 for them (they were on sale). I would just like to know if they are real or fake.

I've recently been trying to boost up my stamina, and lose quite a few weight in the thigh, tricep, bicep, stomach, and calf area. What are the hardest, and most effective excercises that I can do at home, or outside (park, backyard, around the neighborhood, etc) to work on this?

I am 12 years old, and I am seen in bikinis often. There is an upcoming event, where all of the popular boys and girls are going to be, and it is a pool party. it is going to be around January 10th, and i started working out about a week ago. If I continue at this rate: 275 total abdominal excersises, will i be able to have a 4 pack around this time?

So my best friend who I love with all my heart is dating the boy i hate the most in the world. He is actually hurting her, because he cares more about basketball than he does about her, and when she is standing by him, he plays basketball instead of being with her. I try to make them break up, because he is hurting her and making her cry, but she gets mad because i am jumping into her buisness. I tell her im just trying to protect you, but she dosent care. She broke up with him, and now she is thinking about getting back with him for the second time (1st time he broke up with her, because he said his life was too busy with basketball and everything) the second time she broke up with him. Im just trying to protect her, but i dont kno what else to do. Help please?
