A man goes to jail for embezzlement and will go to jail for one year if he isn't proven innocent. His lovely wife is in contact with a man who says he will free her husband from all charges and make sure he doesn't spend a minute in jail... If she sleeps with him.

I would explain to this man "if i compromise my marriage it would put me in a prison in my mind for I would lose the love of the one I wed and there for would not need his assistants after all.

One year is not a long time, and still he has a chance to prove innocent, and god works in strange ways.....
there is hope till the verdict is pronounced......

Your sentence construction indicates that she sleeps with her husband. Go back to the drawing board.
