The only thing you could do is plugging in second monitor (if you have a graphic card which can do this). Then you will have 1 (!) computer with 2 or more monitors....
You could split your hard disk in 2, 3 or more (partitions)
Splitting 1 computer to 2 cant be done.......

You just need a second hardware profile if it is a laptop. Go to My computer->right click->go to properties->hardware-> then profiles. You might want to make one that says home or office so that you can easily tell the difference.
