Does Russia possess stealth technology?

To what level I don't know, but you have to believe they have it at some level. The original work on defecting radar was done by a Russian. It was his work Lockheed used to create the angular flat surface F-117. They also have at least one if not both D-21 drones we "lost" over the old USSR. They were the stealth of their day and had, then, top of the line US RAM (radar absorbing material).

Yes they do. I remember seeing a few years back something of a hush-hush project of theirs (so much for hush-hush though.....) of a jet utilizing stealth technology, but like a lot of their stuff it was a lot cheaper to develop than the US stuff. That's not to say that their aircraft can't perform either, but that's a different argument.
Besides, "stealth" doesn't have to be outragously expensive systems to make something invisible. It can be in the shape that you build it, or the paint (RAM - radar absorbant material) you use, methods to decrease it's heat signature.... all these things add to something being stealthy.

i doubt it, it took us a TON of money to develop stealth technology and our country, even in times like this, still has an enormous economy that produces a lot of money. russia, on the other hand, not so much, they have a large population but dont have the up-to-date ever-booming economy that the united states does, and thus, there governments budgets suffers, and ultimately hurts their militaries technological advancements. so no, i dont believe russia has stealth technology

Yes. Every developed country has their own spy and stealth technology. The U.S. is no where near the forefront of new technology.

No. Everybody needs to stop confusing Russia with the Soviet Union. Russia is poor with a crappy out of date and underfunded armed forces. It's only aces are it's nuclear arsenal and it's UN security council veto which it constantly abuses.

hehehe, we all love Russia. But sadly, they won't let anyone know. But I'm pretty sure they do. But Russia basically told the rest of the world to **** off and go away or they will launch WWIII. XD
