I did my research before getting one, I think go for Apollo DKV, reasons :-

    1. Has Maternity Benefits ( no other company gives you this )

    2. The Policy Amount Increases every year by 10%

    3. Has widest range of hospitals in its network

This is important coz after 5 years 1 lakh may not be that effective, it makes more sense to pay the same premium and increase the police amount every year,, rather than paying 10 % less ( Other Companies ) and sticking to the same policy amount.

You should not buy policy purely based on cost.please consider other factors also like time after which ore existing desease will be covered

Neither two policies are same nor the needs of two individuals. First you need to know your requirements and then do the research.
