How long will my head hurt?
I work in a kennel and I hit my head on a solid steal cage door and I've had a splitting headache since I woke up today. I went to the doctor when it happened yesterday and they said it's not a concussion, but they gave me a prescription for painkillers, but it still hurts a lot.

Have you taken a good look at your diet. Are you getting the nutrition you need to stay healthy. I think you should try a new product that just came out called seven+ by exfuze it could help prevent problems like the headache you are having. The product is a juice that contains seven of the worlds super foods including noni, acai, goji, seabucjthorn, mangosteen, fucoidan and Gac its all natural so no side effects. The seven healthiest foods in the world all in one drink to give you the nutrition you need for the day. I just dump some in my juice in the morning. If you want to know more and try it for free for seven days go to www.exfuzewithtrav.iexfuze.net its worth a try also if you want more information just email me at trav_thompson41@yahoo.com

You have to rest a lot, and give it time to heal. Take the painkillers regularly... but not too often. It will take some time to heal. But I agree, I wish pain could heal much faster and much easier.

~~Try icing the area where you hit it 15 minutes at a time. You may have swelling which causes the pain.
Just take it easy, it should go away in a day or two. If you use the ice treatment it will speed up the recovery (and it feels good too)!~~
