I'm 27 and working as a baker and chef in a local grocery store deli. It's wonderful fulfilling work that I love. I live with my husband as well as my brother-in law and sister in law. As of yet there are no kids for either family, but that's fine for now.

  • Is this normal for birth control after awhile?

I've been on my birth control pill for about 4 years now. When I first started the pill I was having some issues with spotting, but I haven't had that problem in years. Today I noticed I was spotting again. I take my pill everyday at the same time every day so I doubt It's implantation bleeding. I'm curious if this is normal. Is it possible that it's time to change my prescription?

It was pink with a little brown and my period is due next week.

  • Does anyone else go natural?

Does anyone else wear either no make up or just a little bit? I work as a baker and there just doesn't seem to be much use in wearing a lot of make up to work and I use a really shear mineral make up when I go out. Most ladies I see are wearing a lot of make up. What do you think of people who forgo make up?

  • what should I ask my doctor?

I'm going for my well woman check-up tomorrow afternoon and getting my birth control refilled. My husband and I are undecided as to weather or not we want to start having a family within the year. How should I bring that up with my gynecologist? I still want one years worth of medication, but we might start trying for children in the autumn and it seems like a waste.

  • Is this a yeast infection?

Yesterday I had minor itching around my vagina but it went away after I showered in the morning. Later this evening (more then 30 hours later) I found white odorless discharge when I used the bathroom. The itching hasn't returned nor am I running a fever. I was reading online and found several articles talking about white discharge at the beginning of the menstrual cycle. (I just had my period last week) But I don't know if this is part of the normal discharge (I've never had this much before) or an infection. It's a thick-ish, there are no lumps, it's totally odorless and there is no itching at present. Can anyone help me?

  • Good ideas for first anniversary.?

My husband and I will be celebrating our first wedding anniversary in just a few months and he already has a lot of ideas, but I don't have any. He wants to go away for the weekend and exchange gifts. I have no idea what gift to get him. He's 30 and he's a gamer. I could get him something related to gaming, but I'm concerned that it's not the right message. Can anyone help?

  • Any other ladies feel this way?

Okay I'm happily married and love my husband with all my heart, but I never really got crazy over Valentines day. I did once as a teenager becouse I thought was supposed to, but my enthusiasm was very fake and he could tell. I just don't get it. Why do lovers need to have the world dictate a what day is special? I celebrate my anniversary, but for the most part my husband and I decide what days are special to us.

Are there any other ladies out there who feel the same way?

  • Is temporary lodging a good idea?

My year lease is running out at the end of December, but the house I'm moving into won't be finished yet. My leasing department is able to offer me a month to month lease for $2000 a month, (it's a huge increase from my current $1400) My husband and I have a roommate to split the rent with, but $2000 is way too much. I found a place for $1000, but there wouldn't be space for our roommate, who we will also be sharing the house with and we'd be spending just as much, but have more space. Our current apartment is very small and cramped with all three of us. Hence the house. So should we take the tempary place for a few months or just stick it out.

    additonal info.

My apartment complex is also a problem of it's own. There were rats in the spring. We had bedbugs in our apartment (which we had to pay for since we were the first to complain, and the pest control they brought in was of the company's choosing and they didn't do the whole job. They didn't treat our living room or our roommate's room. We paid in advance and it was non-refundable.) Our neighbors are loud. (screaming toddlers, couples fighting, including violence and renovation workers who are disrespectful. No one in the leasing department lives here. I think that says a lot.

  • Should I accept a gift early?

I know that my hubby got me an I-pod for x-mas, he's willing to give it to me now, but I feel awkward about it. He said since he let it slip that he got me one there's no problem taking it as an early gift. Is it appropriate to accept it early or is it better to wait until x-mas?

  • Any birthday ideas? I know it's random. Sorry.?

My birthday is in a few days and I'm not really all that excited about it and my husband keeps asking me what I want and I don't have an answer. What do you suggest I do. Here are my ideas

1.) Making a charitable contribution to a cause I believe in.

2.) Not worrying about and just have a normal albeit quiet weekend

3.) Ask for something I wouldn't buy for myself, but kind of want like a new watch.

  • Fundamentalists, how are you being oppressed?

I really have to ask becouse there are several recent postings about how the liberals, the false church, etc are all oppressing the, "True Church of Christ." Honestly I think that just becouse you have a victim complex doesn't make you a victim. I don't see any signs of oppression anywhere.

Is it becouse the laws are too open ended? Is it becouse free will as actually applicable in this country? What exactly is the problem?

  • For those who no longer identify with their parents religion...?

I don't identify in the same religion that my parents brought me up in. Does anyone else feel this way? What religious group if any do you identify with?

As for me I'm a Buddhist, however Christ's teachings on kindness and love have always stuck with me as much as the teachings of other great religious thinkers.

  • We have Bed Bug issues. What now?

My husband and I have been having problems with Bedbugs for a few weeks. We had an exterminator come in and spray, but we've had to do our own treatments every night since just to go to sleep even though we hadn't seen them we wanted to get rid the ones we couldn't see.

We went away for the weekend and now they're everywhere! We're really creeped out. We were gone for all of two nights. We followed all the instructions and he'll be back in Wednesday. What do we so for the next few nights? We really don't want to sleep in our apartment.

  • Please help. Why can't I sleep?

I ussually sleep really well, but this past week or so I've been having trouble sleeping. If I go to sleep around mid-night I'm awake again at 3 or 4. I wake up itchy, hot, and irritated. I have so much trouble getting comfy that I blame it on my partners snoring. I end up going to the living room and sleeping on the sofa for the rest of the night.

At first we thought it was bed bugs because we live in neighborhood, where people come and go a lot. But it's not bed bugs. So why can't I sleep in my bed?

  • Is it too soon to know?

Is it possible for a woman to have symptoms of pregnancy before a missed period? I've been having pregnancy dreams, my breasts are very sore and my husband says they're bigger. Not to mention I feel very hungry but as soon as I eat I feel sick. But my period isn't until late next week. Could it be pregnancy or may it be something else?

  • Is this my landlord's responsibility?

My husband and I noticed small brown bugs on our ceiling a few days ago and we bug bombed and thought the bugs had gone away. Today I found several. Do I need to tell my land lord and let him contact an exterminator or do I take care of that?

  • How long will my head hurt?

I work in a kennel and I hit my head on a solid steal cage door and I've had a splitting headache since I woke up today. I went to the doctor when it happened yesterday and they said it's not a concussion, but they gave me a prescription for painkillers, but it still hurts a lot.
