A Non-Noob Xbox 360 Question : I Really Need This Answered?

Ok, on Xbox Live, I got the E74 message, and the 1 red ring of death. The graphical issues only occured when I was on xbox live, and on my PC, I can see the issues that came with it. My avatar has all these color splotches on it, and if making a new one doesnt help, I will have to delete it. I have already sent my xbox 360, and is on the way back to my house now. Here is the link to my problem. THIS IS NOT A SCREENSHOT!!! http://avatar.xboxlive.com/avatar/JackJa...

So my question is : If I delete my current profile, then will my remaining 8 months on my live membership from my 12 month card be deleted, or can I just enter the # from the card to get the 8 months left for a new profile so I dont have to buy a new 50$ card when I only used 4 months out of it.

I really need to know this. Thanks

Your account membership would be deleted if you delete your profile. You cannot retrieve it once you delete it. I had experience with this.

your tv could be going dead.

but if u delete u delete u avatar

the same thing will happen again.

if you have the 360 points use them to

update the avatar and see what that does.

if nothing works it could be ur pc. or your tv it

might not even be your xbox.

No, not as long as you recover your profile over xbl.
