So, I paid a guy for some goods and he hasn't shipped them for 3 weeks. He said he would do it next Monday. But I got an email today saying that he has passed away last night. I didn't know him very well, but I do know he was a one man show, so I have no chance getting my items. I obviously cant file a complaint against him, and ask for my money back, so how do I go about getting my money back. If it wasn't a large amount of money, I'd just leave it, but it was a few hundred dollars worth of stuff.

Why does the east coast have all these different positions like Port Authority, Bridge Police, Water/Sewage Police...you know what I mean. And everyone has to have their own car, like the bus station police have cars. Why?

And then we have the west coast that only usually has one major police position, and then they have city workers, not police, to enforce the other stuff.

I've always wondered that.

I was looking into getting a lift kit and some off-road tires/wheels on my 2000 Nissan XTerra. How much do you think that would cost me, and can you give me the website. I tried googling it, but I cant find anyone that can install it.

We are Moving from California to Oregon, and we have a pretty big house, so we need a good moving company. We want them to do all the work, so no ABF or stuff like that. Any reccomendations? Thnx

How do you use that white missle pod that shoots one rocket at a time? Is it supposed to lock on to a vehicle, because I dont see how someone is supposed to hit anything with it. Or do I just suck so bad that I cant hit anything with that thing.

OK, I live in Sacramento, Ca, and my Xbox 360 arrived at the San Pablo, Ca UPS warehouse on the 3rd at 7:00AM. AND, when I log on to check my repair status, it has been deleted, and now I cant track it anymore. The Package should have been shipped to the West Sac warehouse, and then to my house from the San Pablo warehouse. How long will it take. Should it really take this long to be shipped from a few counties away? Please, I need to know. I dont have a tracking #, and I dont know the serial # for my 360, because I dont have it now. Who will I have to call to see where my package is? UPS or MS? Thanks for all the Help.

The model is a BC60XLT-1, and I have some CHP frequencies around my area programmed into it. It has been scanning for a while now, and nothing has been picked up yet. The weather channels work, and I know I have done it right and put all the real frequencies in. Can I have some help. Does it usually take this long. I live in Elk Grove, and I am trying to scan South Sacramento CHP Dispatch and Car Radios.

I have a little handheld scanner, and I want to know how to tune into police frequencies. Here are my areas Californial Highway Patrols numbers, and I dont know how to put them in to do it. All I can get is weather.

Ok, on Xbox Live, I got the E74 message, and the 1 red ring of death. The graphical issues only occured when I was on xbox live, and on my PC, I can see the issues that came with it. My avatar has all these color splotches on it, and if making a new one doesnt help, I will have to delete it. I have already sent my xbox 360, and is on the way back to my house now. So my question is : If I delete my current profile, then will my remaining 8 months on my live membership from my 12 month card be deleted, or can I just enter the # from the card to get the 8 months left for a new profile so I dont have to buy a new 50$ card when I only used 4 months out of it.

On the Xbox 360 Repair Website, it says that my console is repaired, and is being shipped. Under that, it says that it was "Origin Scanned" at 1:30PM Texas Time, and I am in California. When do I get my tracking Number so I can see when It gets to my house, or if I even put in the right adress?

I finally got my Xbox 360 repaired, and I checked on the xbox website, and it said that my package was orgin scanned today at 1:50PM. So when will I get an email that gives me my tracking #. I want to make sure I actually put the right adress.

Or do they just block the Air from coming in. I heard that all cooling fans do is reassure the owner. I have had my Xbox 360 and this cooling fan since july, and I got the 1 Red Ring, Not the 3. It is has already been fixed and is being shipped back to me. Should I just have it with or with out the fan?
