My Xbox 360 Got Repaired Recently, but Why Is It Taking So Long to Get Back? ?
OK, I live in Sacramento, Ca, and my Xbox 360 arrived at the San Pablo, Ca UPS warehouse on the 3rd at 7:00AM. AND, when I log on to check my repair status, it has been deleted, and now I cant track it anymore. The Package should have been shipped to the West Sac warehouse, and then to my house from the San Pablo warehouse. How long will it take. Should it really take this long to be shipped from a few counties away? Please, I need to know. I dont have a tracking #, and I dont know the serial # for my 360, because I dont have it now. Who will I have to call to see where my package is? UPS or MS? Thanks for all the Help.

its commom for it to take 3-4 or even 5 weeks....thats why i got a warranty from the store i bought my 360 from. i sent mine in on december 17 and i sill dont hav eit back yet...i recommend to call and ask what the status report is..

When ours had no update on shipping (we actually live in LA county) we called MS and got status immediately. From what I remember, they have a deliver date and you have to sign for it. Ours sat because they quoted a deliver day but it got there early. We actually got called the night before to confirm someone would be there to sign for it.

I got the Red Ring phenomenon. I called MS and got the box in about 3 days. I sent it off and got it back after about 4 weeks.
What about the reference number that MS gave you? You might need to call MS up again and have them give the shipping tracking number to you again. They should have that information available.

because of the holiday season, they are very busy refilling their stock of xbox 360 and fixing more failures because of the spike of consoles in the public. Wait another week and than call microsoft for help.

i know i have the same problem in michigan and i put up a question about this and people said 2 weeks and its been longer then that so im goign to have to say a month or more for us so have fun being bored like me
