If Harry Potter and Edward Cullen fought....?

Being a fan of both series (but especially Potter! Oh yeah!), I have thought about this a lot.

Okay, obviously Harry kicks *** with spells and stuff, but I also have to think that Edward would see anything coming because of his mind-reading ability. Like in Eclipse, when Edward was fighting Victoria (I don't know if you've read the Twilight books or not, but anyway), she couldn't get ahead and he eventually won because he could read her thoughts and know exactly what she was about to do, how she was about to move, stuff like that.

But! Would Edward understand Harry's spells? Like if Harry thought, "I'm going to do a Cruciatus curse!" and that's exactly what Edward heard him think, would he understand what that means? He (probably) wouldn't even know what a Cruciatus curse was, so what could he possibly do to prepare? The only defensive thing he COULD do, I think, would be to dodge the spell.

So, I think if it was a magical fight with spells and such, Harry would win because he would have spells that Edward wouldn't understand. But if it was a physical fight without spells, Edward would win because he could foresee any moves that Harry was going to make.

(See what I mean? I put a lot of thought into this. I'm such a nerd, lol.) :)

Harry Potter. Because he can say abracadabra and Edward will just die. So.. I think Harry Potter.

I think Edward. Cause Harry would mostly be using his wand. And Edward could take it then break it or something. So Edward would probably win.

I really like both of the series'. But if they fought, hmm.... Well Harry would win. Just a matter of "Sectumsempra" and then some Fiendyfire to finish Edward off. But , I really like both series', Sorry, Edward :(

Edit: And then there is Occlumency, so Edward wouldn't be able to read Harry's mind. And the Invisibility Cloak and then there is also the Shield Charm.

They're a pretty good match. Harry has his wand, but that's about it. I don't think he would know how to handle an indestructible vampire. Edward, on the other hand. He's faster and stronger...without a wand. I honestly think Edward could snap Harry in two before Harry could finish saying a spell.

i think edward would win cuz even tho harry has magic, edward can snap his neck before he can cast a curse. unless he could speak as fast as edward can run.

My thoughts are Edward Cullen would win!!! A) He is stronger than Harry. B) Edward is so BA that he could not be effected by Harry's Magic. C) Edward Cullen has the HOTNESS factor that Harry couldn't get with all the magic in the world. D) Edward can get a girl and keep a girl, unlike Harry.

I know I am a fan of twilight but I have also read Harry potter and thought it was a good book. I am going to say Edward would win because the only way kill a him is to shred him up and burn him. The only animal that can do that is another vampire or a werewolf. Also Edward could get into Harry's mind and know what spell he was going to use. But then Harry could counter act a spell to protect his mind against Edward.
