How sad is it that Minnesota can't sell out a home playoff game!!?

This is just pathetic if this game was in Philadelphia the game would have been sold out the first day the tickets were available, this just shows that some markets really don't deserve their NFL teams if you can't sell out a damn playoff game!

This is sad, but I'm surprised. I have family in Minnesota, and when I would visit there people loved the Vikings above any pro team. Now, they're not selling out playoff games? But Eagles fans, cool your jets- this has more to do with the recession rather than fear of your Eagles. I actually think the Eagles are going to the super bowl, but all you Eagles fans hyping up your team now will want to kill McNabb and Reid if the Eagles dare lose this game! Remember when you guys booed him at 1999 draft because your heart was with Ricky Williams? Now, compare the two after your obnoxious booing. I'm sure Cole Hamels and Ryan Howard will be getting booed out of Philly soon as well.

Yeah, nobody wants to go to ******* Minnesota. Its so cold there, from what I heard. Cities usually get more tickets sold (Philadelphia). If the game was in Philly, I woulda went.

I know it is pretty sad. They have a really good team this year, this is their first home playoff game in a long time and they can't even sell it out.

I'm betting that Vikings fans are fearing a blowout or a collapse. It's not like the Vikes are the Lions, who didn't sell out the last half of their home games (with the exception of Thanksgiving).

everyone here loves the vikings, its just we have been let down by them one too many times in win-or-die situations. case in point, 1998-99 nfc championship, when gary anderson hadn't missed a field goal all year, then suddenly missed what would have been a game winning kick. the viking are going to blow it, and everyone knows it, so we'd rather be blacked out and sit in the dark then face the fact that the team we love sucks.

That said, i think im gonna go buy some vikings tickets. jared allen is a sexy beast. 'nuff said.

many stuff... purely too lots sentimental fee - - My Dad's previous M1913 Enfield rifle, given to him in 1936 (age 12) whilst his Dad gave up the ghost so he could desire to feed the relatives... there became no welfare / nutrition stamps lower back then. - My mom's Kitchen help mixer... a marriage present in 1959, and nonetheless working completely - The Sonobouy panel from my SH-60B Seahawk helicopter I flew in 1987-1991... very advantageous "nostril artwork" (international conflict II type) painted on it in the time of wasteland hurricane.

well here is why the Vikings won't win:

    1) Tarvaris Jackson sucks

    2) Adrian Peterson (even though i like him) is suddenly fumbling a lot

    3) Defense is overrated

    4) Eagles have more experience

thats why people won't waste their money to see their team lose
