Ipod Touch app Help. Cant Find an App?

Hey I'm trying to find an App and i don't know if it even exists. Is there an app like the "Cast SongID" from Verizon for the Ipod Touch?

It should be on the main screen. when i first turned mine on it was there you should e mail the apple store
