How can i let thoughts go?

It love. Its not bad but you have to just make sure you dont let yourself get so caught up that you become overbearing to him. We all have gone through these periods and although they seem hard to deal with trust me it gets better or it will just become old to you. Its obvious you have strong feelings for the person it may even help to tell the person.

Find other things to occupy your time. Sitting around thinking about him is not going to change anything. The power is in your hands. You have to make the decision to let him go.

Well when you have feelings for someone its kinda hard to get them off your mind. My advice is to let time wash away the thoughts. Because no matter how hard you try it will be hard to let them go forcefully.

Do something really pissy twords him and make him hate you, then you can hate him and then yall will hate each other and problem solved.
