pension credits any one who knows the max time one can spend abroad in an ec country?
I am over 60 on a small company pension ..I am going to apply for pension credit I have checked it out I am entitled to it .........my daughter lives in France I do spend a little time with her ........does any one know what is the max ammount of time I can spend with her before it affects my claim

all i can say is my old man moved to ireland hes 67 and has same as you and owns his own house. he staying there with his new girl friend and we keep all the bills payed up. house is payed for i live in it uk hes been out there 8 months now on the quite just tell no one and pay the bills as normal . you only need a visa to work? not sure
