Security Jobs Las Vegas?
I am currently a sergeant for the cook county sheriffs department. I have been saving money up to move to vegas. Would it be hard for me to find a security job part time with how poor the economy is right now. If i could make only 20k a year part time i could survive. I am a certified youth officer and taken numerous other courses on homeland security, Secret service protection ect. Would my credentials be good enough or should i wait untill the economy turns around?

I live in Vegas and I can tell you that security jobs here are always in demand. I can't think of a job that I see postings more for work here in Vegas. Every business around here has security, and I'm not just talking the strip. It's different than most cities. But I definitely think you are qualified and could swing it during this economy.
