    yeah, this girl on youtube did a water fasting diet and lost like 28 pounds in 30 days.

    yes. I was suffering a depression from a loss however and could barely sleep or eat for several weeks. It is very unhealthy. At most 5 lbs in one week, then 2 lbs a week afterwards. Even that is somewhat unhealthy, try for about 1 lb a week

    it is extremely unhealthy to lose that amount of weight in such a short period of time on average you can lose up to 5lbs the first week of your diet and up to 2 lbs a week after. to lose that amount of weight in such a short period of time you would have to be consistently monitor by a doctor.
