Will my African Dwarf Frog starve?

My tank has four glo tetras, two fruit tetras and three zebra danios (or however you spell their species) and one African Dwarf Frog. My problem is the frog is very shy, or perhaps afraid, of the other fish. He hides in the plants all day. That's fine. What isn't fine is that at feeding time he watches all the fish go nuts, but whenever he jumps up to get some food one of the fish eats it first.

I've tried adding more food once he becomes active and goes for it, but the fish just end up over eating.

Is there anything I can do to make the food more accessible to him? Are there any types of bottom feeders that might work or something? I don't want him to starve. If worse comes to worse I'll have to move him to a new tank, but I really don't want ANOTHER tank ... I already have three other small tanks and it's starting to become a chore rather than a hobby.

Update:

I know they're schooling fish. I refuse to buy more fruit tetra's because they are so cruely dyed... the danio's and glo fish actually school together. I got them from the same tank at the store and they've always hung out together.

    Hi f.,

I would try sinking food tablets like Tetra's TabiMin. The fish will probably pick on the tablets too, but they shouldn't be able to eat all of a couple before the frog gets one. Try adding one after the lights are out; this may help your frog find it before the fish.

Put a tablet near froggie and once he gets a whiff of it he should gobble it up. They're cute when they gobble. (o:

    Good luck,

First of all, tetras and danios are schooling fish and you need 6 of each species... But that's besides the point for now. Get one of those little eye droppers, and suck some food up in that. While your fish are eating, squirt that eye dropper full of food by the ADF. That's how I feed shy fish.

One of these is the best: http://www.quickgrow.com/images_shop/38920_eye_dro...

**It'll only starve if you don't feed it regulary.
