That's Mojibake. It's caused by a font that your
computer can't process.
But we do know that the original language was
Russian. The last line is uvidesh.ru 51865.
ru= Russia.
I looked at uvidesh.ru and found out that it's
a Russian porno site. Uvidesh means something
like take a look, take a peek.
Success! I ran this through a universal Cyrillic
decoder and it came up with the following:
- незабываемый оргазм гарантирован! —cмотри зажигающие видики здесь!
which translates to
Unforgettable orgasm guaranteed! Watch
videos here that light your fire!

Somethings wrong with your friend if she thinks this is Czech and she studies languages. NO LANGUAGES have this many vowel sounds right by each other without a consonant break even if it be a click. Good luck with the PC problem though.

If this has come up on your screen, it's because your computer can't provide characters for the original language. This is just computer babble.

That would be computer gibberish which means that the original font is not supported.
