When Prince decided to no longer call himself Prince what did people call him ? ?
From what I remember he was being called " The artist formerly known as prince" but no other name/title was given ...so what was that all about ?

Maybe it was said the artist formerly known as Prince because now he is a Princess!......

It's what HE decided he wanted to be called, back then. I think he has changed back, now, and wants to be called Prince again.

well he changed his name to this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:Theartist.jpg , so they couldn't really call him a name, so they called him "the artist formerly known as prince".

i don't know what he called him self but they call him th artist formally known as prince because no one could pronounce what he changed it to
