Unlimited mobile-to-mobile?

I'm looking into getting unlimited mobile-to-mobile for my T-Mobile phone, and I just want to know something. The print says unlimited mobile-to-mobile when calling a phone on the t-mobile service, so does that mean ANYWHERE in the US as long as it's a t-mobile service phone? I don't want to sign up and find out it's for people only in my state or coverage area.

Update:

Now for another question. If I have unlimited mobile-to-mobile and the other person doesn't, do I have to call them in order for it to be free for me or will it be free if they call?

cellular to cellular is free in any respect circumstances with different t cell phones... on your invoice that's going to tutor the cellular to cellular minutes u used yet in case you seem at calls the cellular to cellular are in the course of the day and once you examine consisting of her at nighttime that's going to count number as nighttime and weekends that is also free.. SO keep cellular to cellular and n&w and it will be free in any respect circumstances...
