Exercise everyday, this will physically wear your body out as well as alleviate stress and you wont be able to stay awake at night! To overcome the anxiety of not being able to sleep - don't panic. If you have a bad night's sleep, than you will just sleep better the next night, it's no big deal. Clean your bedroom so that it is not cluttered. Don't watch tv in your room or play video games etc in your room - keep it (if possible) just for sleeping. This way your mind will associate your room with sleep. Don't watch tv or be on the computer before going to bed. The bright monitor tricks your mind into thinking its daylight so triggers your body to be alert and awake. If you are in bed and can't sleep. Get up and read a book or do a puzzle until you feel you can't keep your eyes open, then go back to bed. All the best.

Yeah, I had the same thing happen to me.

I slept until three o'clock the last two days of break and was up until 3:30 last night. I was lying in bed contemplating whether or not I should go to sleep or pull an all nighter. I fell asleep at around 3:45.

I had to wake up at 5:45.

Here's to sleeping in class! :]
