PC sounds earn 10 points !?
the other day my sounds went out completely, after messing around i thought i had fixed it but it isnt right. I get some sounds, like in win amp, but no windows sounds, and pages like youtube wont play any sound. any ideas ? I will award 10 points to whoever fixes it first.

A few things: First, we need to know what OS you use, XP or Vista. Second, what kind of sound card/integrated sound do you have? Try downloading the newest drivers. If it's realtek right click on the volume icon and click on Playback Devices. Try selecting a different device and see if that works.

I can fix that without bring me points
1. Check the soundcard, it's OK?
2. Instal Realtek, it's driver for soundcard
3. Check the plug, it's clean?
4. The volume
